Retail Growth in the South

Growth in the United States is largely to the south and west. Our office in Dallas, Texas is growing to meet the development needs of the nation's ninth largest city. The Dallas/Ft. Worth area is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the country, and has long been the center of the petroleum industry. It's local economy is now based on telecommunications, technology, banking and transportation.

Our Dallas office was first established to develop CVS pharmacies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. This office is also the center of our CVS development efforts in Oklahoma and Louisiana. We're actively developing projects to serve the retail needs of a growing population in Texas.
